Do you fall into the all or nothing trap?

The all or nothing mentality is another way that self-sabotage takes over!

Typically, it’s based in not fully committing which stems from a fear of failure.

If you don’t fully commit, and you do fail, you can always say –

“Well, I didn’t give it my all” or “Well, I knew that would happen because of (insert all the excuses you say)”

I’ve been there. Makes life easier doesn’t it? EXCEPT it keeps you from your greatest potential.
