Before the Challenge I’d been feeling ‘challenged ‘after hip replacement surgery. I was feeling somewhat thwarted in my ability to be active in my acting career. At the start of the year I was in the middle of a lot of transitions – the calendar year was changing, my husband and I bought our first house, in-person auditions were starting up again… Having an exercise to complete each day helped me find more focus.
